At KINTO, we stand behind the design and quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the unused items in their original KINTO packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and include all original inserts.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
